What we collect, and why.

1. What we collect on the waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store what you type in the form:

• your email address;
• the capital range you run, the strategies you trade and the venues you use, from the options offered plus any free text you add;
• the fact that you accepted this policy, and its version at that time;
• whether and when you confirmed your email address.

Alongside the form, we record how you reached the site:

• campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term);
• the referral code of the person who shared the link with you, if any;
• the address of the page that linked to us and the page you landed on.

Your IP address is used only while the request is processed, to limit abuse and to run the anti-spam check. We do not keep it.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

• To run the waitlist and contact you about the closed beta — on the basis of your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box in the form and confirmed when you click the link in the email we send you. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To decide who to onboard first and to shape the product — the capital range, strategies and venues tell us which integrations matter. Same basis: your consent.
• To understand which channels bring traders here — the campaign and referral data. Same basis: your consent, given with the form.
• To keep the form free of spam and abuse — rate limiting and the anti-spam check, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a working website (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Where the data goes

We use a small number of providers, each for one job. They process data on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts the website and receives every request to it.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — routes traffic to the site, runs the Turnstile anti-spam check and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• Umami Software, Inc. (Umami Cloud) — website analytics.
• Google LLC (Google Sheets) — the waitlist itself is stored in a spreadsheet we control.
• Resend, Inc. — sends the confirmation email and, later, the beta invitation.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or on the provider’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you are onboarded or until 24 months after our public launch, whichever comes first, and is deleted earlier if you withdraw your consent. An unconfirmed signup is deleted after 90 days.

5. Cookies and browser storage (cookie policy)

The website sets no advertising or profiling cookies and shows no cookie banner: everything it stores in your browser is either strictly necessary for something you asked for, or is not a cookie at all. In detail:

• dlv_demo, a cookie set only when you press “Explore live demo”, so the site knows to show you sample data. It lasts one week and carries nothing about you.
• dlv_demo_tour, an entry in your browser’s local storage set when you finish or skip the demo’s guided tour, so it does not start again on your next visit. It stays until you clear your browser data.
• dlv_attribution, a local storage entry that remembers the campaign or referral link you arrived with and the first page you landed on. It is sent to us only if you join the waitlist, so that referrals can be credited, and you can delete it at any time from your browser.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, may set its own security cookies (such as__cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell people from automated traffic. They are strictly necessary to serve the site and are not used to track you across websites.
• The anti-spam check on the waitlist form (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only when you open the form. It runs on Cloudflare’s domain and is used only to complete that check.

For website analytics we use two cookieless tools, Umami Cloud and Cloudflare Web Analytics. They count page views and a few interactions (opening the waitlist form, starting the demo or its tour, moving the stress-test slider) and record the referring site, the page, the browser and device type and the country of the request. They set no cookies, store no identifier in your browser and do not build a profile of you; your IP address is used to handle the request and to derive the country, and is not kept by us. Analytics runs on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f)).

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the demo switch and the guided tour are the only things that would stop working.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can, at any time:

• ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• withdraw your consent, which removes you from the waitlist;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive your data in a portable format.

Write to [privacy@your-domain] and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

7. The demo

The live demo shows fixed sample data. Nothing you do in it is stored, and no exchange account or API key is ever requested on this website.

8. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use waitlist data, we will tell you by email before it applies.
